We exist simultaneously as a physical body, a mental body, and an energy body. Literally.
("This is not philosophy, this is physics." - Albert Einstein)
As we consider our lived experience, we must consider all three bodies in order to get a clear perspective. Since all three bodies occupy the same space and time, all three bodies must work together in order to create meaningful changes in the lived experience. By exercising all three bodies regularly, our capacity for change continues to increase.
This approach has existed in various traditions for thousands of years in varying degrees of complexity and obscurity. My intention is to make it as simple as it can be.
