Everything is energy, literally (and we've known it since Einstein published his famous theories over 100 years ago!).
Energy organizes into low density forms like light or into higher density forms like matter. It cannot be created or destroyed, but it's always moving and changing forms.
Your physical body is a highly intelligent machine: constantly exchanging energy with the environment and transforming it into heat and motion, muscles and bones, sensation and sound. Bit by bit, it even settles into our tissues as memory...
"Energetics" is a term we can use to broadly describe the ongoing movements of various energies as they circulate and percolate through our physical experience. "Practical" is defined as more concerned with the actual DOING of something (rather than dealing in abstract thoughts or ideas).
"Practical Energetics" is the signature Brightside educational approach to help you understand the intricate network of energetic relationships that exist within your body systems as well as between yourself and the environment. It is simply a practice of intelligent energy management.
A person with balanced energetics generally feels safe and pleasant in their body: well-nourished, well-rested, confident, and capable of calmly managing the demands of their daily life. A person with resilient energetics is comfortable with all that and able to rebound and recover efficiently from those inevitable unexpected bumps in the road of life.
Unbalanced or unconscious energetic relationships gradually deplete or over-stress the system, resulting in pain, illness, hypersensitivity, autoimmunity, poor digestion, chronic inflammation, and general deterioration. These mechanisms can also present as sensory overload, anxiety, depression, emotional burnout, and existential dread.
Do you have "invisible" or "mysterious" symptoms? Do you have chronic or persistent symptoms?
There is an energetic pattern at work.
You can learn to calibrate your system and create the shift you need.
Are you ready to feel better?
